Celebrant Services
What are your needs and goals? What kind of experience do you want to have? What are you looking for in a ceremony officiant or consultant? We’ll start with those questions and go from there. My personalized Life-Cycle Celebrant services are created in partnership with you to reflect your values, beliefs, and desires. The first step is a consultation, no-obligation meeting to see if we’re a good fit.
The heart of a Celebrant ceremony is your personal story. Whether it’s a tribute to a beloved person or pet who has passed, the love story that led to a wedding or vow renewal, or the account of your personal hero’s journey, I will work with you to honor, witness, and celebrate the deeper meaning in your life.
A newborn baby, a new family member at any young age – surely these tender miracles deserve more than a frenzy of ripped-open wrapping paper!
Cultures the world over use a variety of rituals to prepare prospective parents for what lies ahead, to welcome new life into the community, to bestow blessings and a name.
If you want more than a commercial baby shower or a set of medical or legal procedures to herald the arrival of a new member of your family, consider a Celebrant ceremony – a unique expression of your values, beliefs, and personal story. Whether it’s a blessing for parents, a baby naming ceremony, an adoption ceremony or other ritual to blend families, we will weave in cherished elements of your family heritage and generate new traditions to carry forward.

New Life Celebration
From ceremony creation to officiation, with unlimited consultation provided to ensure attention to every detail, here’s how we’ll work together:
I’ll provide you with a set of thoughtful questions, personalized to your situation. Based on your responses, I’ll offer ideas for rituals, readings, and other elements that reflect your values and beliefs. I’ll incorporate the elements you choose into a ceremony draft and revise until we’ve got it exactly right. I’ll coordinate with ceremony participants, musicians, and other vendors, and lead a rehearsal if needed. Drawing on my professional facilitation experience and my training as a certified Life-Cycle Celebrant, I will conduct your ceremony with confident humility. If desired, I’ll create a beautiful keepsake copy of the ceremony. You'll take away the memory of a one-of-a-kind experience.
Full Ceremony Package
New-found loves, longtime partners, LGBTQ couples, matches-made-in-heaven, and couples who’ve been to hell and back – I want to hear your story and help you celebrate your commitment.
As an ordained interfaith minister, I am authorized to officiate weddings. I honor the many other ways in which relationships can be sanctified and recognized.
There are few things in life more joyous than serving as a wedding celebrant. As a marriage officiant, it’s my privilege to work with couples to design marriage ceremonies and other relationship celebrations that uniquely express your values and beliefs. Whether your tastes are simple or elaborate, I will help define your goals for your ceremony and create an experience that allows you to relax, knowing the details are all taken care of, and fully celebrate the love that unites you.
And why should celebrations be reserved for the beginning of married life? Vow renewals and milestone anniversary celebrations are an opportunity to honor the hard but rewarding work of relationships, to refresh – and sometimes even repair – the bonds that connect a couple and their community.

Weddings & Partnership Celebrations
Comforting, honest, moving, respectful. I will work with you to create a ceremony of remembrance that honors your loved one and meets your needs.
Remembering our loved ones well is not only a tribute to the deceased; it strengthens our bonds as family and community. End-of-life ceremonies should uplift and connect us at a time when we may feel profound grief and disconnection, becoming celebrations of life lived.
It’s never too late to commemorate a loved one. When my dad died, there was no funeral. Six months later I organized a backyard ceremony to mark his loss. Ten years later, I wrote the eulogy he’d never had.
Whether an intimate gathering or a large celebration of life ceremony, I will help you select the music, readings, rituals, and stories that reflect the values and personality of your loved one, and weave them into a powerful whole. As a Funeral Celebrant, I officiate memorials, funerals, and celebration of life ceremonies with sensitivity and gentle authority.
Looking for something not commonly provided? I’m an expert in natural burial, green funerals, and home funerals. I offer pet memorial services and ceremonies to commemorate the anniversary of a loss. I can help you design a ceremony to support the scattering of ashes. Celebrations of life can even take place before death – a living funeral can enable you to say goodbye and mark the coming of the end, in community with your loved ones.
